My Work

The Construction Process

I create custom-made instruments tailored to each musician. I use internal moulds passed down from my master, Roberto Ignesti, largely rooted in the tradition of the Leandro Bisiach, Igino Sderci, and Simone Fernando Sacconi schools.

Repairs & Restoration

I carry out repairs on violins, violas, and cellos, including diagnosis of open seams, endoscopic inspections, internal restorations, corner and end blocks, bass bars, bridge and soundpost fitting and replacement, fingerboard replacement, new fittings with peg reaming, as well as instrument cleaning and setup.

I perform rehairing on all types of bows for the classical string quartet, including double bass bows, using blond horsehair, Mongolian horsehair, and Siberian stallion hair. I also offer replacement of bow tips, silver windings, leather grips, screws and eyelets, as well as cleaning of metal and wooden parts.
